Jason Salisbury – Our time and challenges dairy farming on the Isle of Sark

Jason and Catherine Salisbury are the couple behind Suffolk Farm House Cheeses.  Jason and Catherine were selected in April 2020 to run the Isle of Sark Dairy, with updates required it was 2022 before the dairy was up and running.  Being one of the only places in the world that has no cars, the two square mile island is popular with tourists.  Agriculture being the only other industry.
